Does our office accept insurance?
We are a cash practice and are not in network with any insurance providers. This allows us to offer care at a more affordable rate and allows us to prioritize your health and wellness goals. This also means that Dr. Alexis cannot treat patients that are on medicare.

What is the Webster technique?
The Webster technique is a chiropractic technique that was specifically designed for pregnancy. This technique focuses on balancing the pelvis to ensure that the mother’s body if functioning optimally for birth.

Do you take walk-ins?
We do not take walk-in new patients in our practice. At the first appointment, all new patients are scanned using the INSIGHT technology our office offers that is completely safe and non-invasive for all ages. The doctor then reviews your scans, health history, and health goals to create an individualized care plan.
At the follow up visit the doctor will go over the care plan recommendations with you and that is when you will receive your 1st adjustment.

How soon can I bring my baby in after birth?
As soon as you would like too! Chiropractic care is vital in the beginning stages of life, as it helps the nervous system adapt to new environments. It also helps your baby’s body adjust to any physical stress that they went through during labor and delivery.

Why do you recommend care plans?
Each person’s health journey and life experiences are different, therefore your health care isn’t a one size fits all. A customized care plan ensures the each person receives the care that they need and deserve to reach their health goals.
